It is creepy and crawly.  A spider robot claws through pipes.

Old pipes can break.  There are not many workers to check them.  New robots crawl with legs. They check pipes for damage.

Pray: Thank God for robots and machines that help with tough tasks. Crawling in pipes is messy, hard work.

Read More: Sewer pipes can last 50 years. Japan has many pipes that are getting old. The pipes need to be inspected. There are not enough workers. Remote-controlled robots can help. The tmsuk company makes robots. Its first robots had wheels. But the surface of pipes can be rugged. So tmsuk made a robot called SPD1 with eight legs. It moves easily and has camera eyes that look in every direction. The spidey robots will hit markets in 2024.
