People came to see the “ghost village.”

Parts of Spain had no rain this winter.  A lake once covered an old village.  The lake dried up.

People came to see “ghost” houses, rusty cars, and cracked ground.  They waited for rain.

Pray: Thank God that He “gives rain on the Earth and sends waters on the fields.” (Job 5:10)

Read More: A dam was built 30 years ago. People had to move. Their village of Aceredo was covered with water. Visitors in February could see almost the whole sunken village. There even was a stone fountain with water spouting out of it! José Luis Penín says, “The whole place used to be all vineyards, orange trees. It was beautiful.” Spain usually has wet winters. Many of Spain’s crops are in need of water. God blesses all people. Acts 14:17 reminds us that He does good to give rains from heaven. He satisfies hearts with food and gladness.
