God is always at work in His world. Joel B. and Norm B. wanted to show that to kids.
They printed the very first It’s God’s World newspaper. That was 40 years ago!
Read More: Those first papers were printed in two colors. They were for kids older than you. Both men wanted the papers to teach children about the news and how God is at work. Norm Bomer had been a teacher. He wrote all the stories. Joel Belz knew about publishing. He asked people to pray. Soon they printed papers for both younger and older kids. Grownups liked the papers as much as kids did. They asked for their own magazine. WORLD was born five years later. Now there are three magazines for kids, one for adults, and a video show. God is wonderful! Psalm 24:1 (NIV) says, “The Earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world and all who live in it.”
